After college, I journeyed to Japan for three years, for the adventure and to teach English, then arrived back in Chicago, where I lived until 2006, when I got married and moved to rural Michigan to create a hobby farm after 30 years of living in the city! After finishing my Masters in teaching, I worked for a few years, then "retired" to work from home and try to earn a living from our land.

We opened a green living store recently, The Greater Green,and are always on the lookout for new ways to live the green life! That is the journey I am now embarking on...We are currently seeking organic certification for our small farm, selling veggies at Farmer's Markets, and trying to spread the word about the green life.     Thanks for the compliment and LOVE your new life! I also received my Master of Arts in Teaching in 2003, taught English in Israel for a few months, returned back to the states and moved from NJ to AZ.
