Normally I don't shop at Forever 21- possibly because I'm not 12 years old and wanting to look like a 21 year old whore.... but sometimes, just sometimes- they hit on a trend and get it right... This hammered silvertone cuff for $6 is right on the money- as in lunch money and if you grow tired of it- tossing it is not an issue.
