I bought this product last week to help me prepare the proper size meals for myself and my family. Myself my husband and my son could all afford to drop a few pounds. But what i relized on the first day that I used this product is that I have been serving my family probably double what they should be eating. Its great you can even cut your food right on the discs because they double as a cutting board. How smart they are. Hopefully this helps us all loose some weight, but most of all it has deff put us on the road to living a healthire life. I LOVE IT. I am soooo glad I am so glad I found this.
