I am a chocolate maker. On the same note, I’ve often classified myself as an alchemist...my actual training is that I’m a chemist! But there’s enough mystery behind chocolate making that it’s more like alchemy. On a different note, I also own a 33 acre farm with my parter of 11 years and my daughter.
