Unless you're over 50, there is no excuse for wearing silly, novelty neckware. However when you need a little self-confidence boost, this Superman tie could add a little fun to your look. There's not a lot of occasions during which men are required to wear ties these days, but it's good to have a couple around -- just in case.

If you're not cafeful, that tie-required occasion will sneak up on you, and you'll be stuck with whatever lame, paisley thing your dad gave you in high school -- so check these out. They're fun, without being silly and adolescent. (via productdose)

While reading the blog where I found this, I heard a voice in the distance. I couldn't quite make out what it was saying, and then there was a long silence.

When I looked up, I realized that my girlfriend had been talking to me for a couple minutes, and had asked me a question (that I obviously didn't respond to).

Description

Smoking is bad, bad, bad. It will almost certainly kill you, and the life you have before your untimely death will suck.

That said, I used to smoke like a chimney, and I lived in England, where it's cold -- all the time. So whenever we had to go outside to feed the habit, our hands will slowly turn into ice cubes -- it was awful.

So, while it'd be better if you didn't light up, if you do smoke, you might as well have warm hands. (via productdose)
