Vintage Flatware Refrigerator Magnet

First to recommend

Description

I have one of these magnets, and I want more! They are so strong. They can hold my children's weekly school papers without any problem - even if I have a lot of papers. The best refrigerator magnet I own. (via Greenfeet)

A Teenie Weenie Water Bottle 12oz

Description

The Teenie Weenie Greenie Sippy Cup is a safe, non-leaching stainless steel sippy cup. This is the same great 12oz water bottle from Klean Kanteen, but with the adorable Teenie Weenie Greenie™ image on the front. There is also another difference. With the Teenie Weenie Greenie™ 12oz water bottle, you can choose the kind of lid you want. So if you want a sippy cup for your growing toddler, or a smaller bottle to take with you, you can find a bottle top that will work. I have ordered these with the sports caps (I already had larger klean kanteen stainless steel water bottles). I plan on sending them with my boys in their lunch boxes.

The Teenie Weenie Greenie™ image reminds us that even doing the smallest of steps towards being green makes a big difference for the world. Even choosing a reusable water bottle instead of bottled water is a great (easy) step towards a green world.

Klean Kanteen Stainless Steel Water Bottle

Description

Just like the Greenfeet water bottles, the Klean Kanteen water bottle is the same design, durablity and sleekness. I love these water bottles - but shouldn't have sent them to camp with my boys both went missing - got to buy more.

These are fantastic sporks. I think they're probably my son's favorite way to eat. Made from bamboo they are more sustainable and earth friendly. It's a great choice for your next party.

I haven't gotten one of these yet, but they just make me laugh! I heard about them on the "More Hip Than Hippie" Podcast. One of the listeners wrote in about them. I personally think the flesh eating bacteria, complete with knife and fork is an awesome choice. (via Dori and val)

Greenfeet Water Bottle 27oz

First to recommend

Description

This water bottle is great - light weight and durable. I also love not having to worry about toxins leaching into my sons' drinking water. This week they are using them all week at camp. They love them too. We have the smaller klean kanteens for them to take to school, but the 27oz bottles are the one's we sent with them to camp.

Also using reusable water bottles cuts down on the amount of plastic water bottles we use.

Chico Bag Reusable Shopping Bags

16 people recommended this item

Description

I love my Chico Bags - They are the coolest reusable bags. They come packed into an attached small bag making them easy to store in your car or purse so you never have to be without them. They are washable, so small messes aren't a tragedy. They are very durable and hold a lot. My husband was surprised how strong they were. We use them all the time at our grocery store, farmer's market and retail stores. It's great to know we're reducing the amount of plastic bags that we're sending to the landfill.

You don't need a green thumb to grow fresh herbs for your kitchen--they grow right in the bag! Just water and occasionally add fertilizer.

Perfect stocking stuffer for the cook on your list.
