My friend told me about portionpals and read about them in USA Today. I ordered them about 2 weeks ago - LOVE THEM!!! They are so cute and reaaly help with the portion sized food I want to eat (I love making my own food). I use with my Jenny Craig diet when I want to go out plus I found that they even double as cutting boards. Only negative is I wish they had more discs but you cant beat the price and the quality is great. (via Stacey Cooper-Ann)
