I started NYC based Kick PR on Valentines Day 2005. There was no rhyme or reason to this date, it just happened. I was living and working in Newport, Rhode Island for a jewelry designer and fell in love with PR. I worked there for 2 years and through the suggestion of friends and family, I decided to start my own PR firm specializing in emerging fashion. I chose New York because this is where people eat, sleep and breathe fashion. All of the major publishing houses are here and if I need to be in a meeting or pop in for a visit to the editors, it is a step outside my door.
