Description

I received this kettle as a present and initially never imagined how much use I would get out of it. It's a kettle that boils water at an amazingly fast rate (much faster than the microwave/stove). While this doesn't sound like a big deal, you'd be surprised how convenient it is. I use it every day for my morning tea, to heat water for boiling pasta, instant soups (Ramen, cup-a-soup) and anything else you need hot water for. It's convenient, aesthetically pleasing, unobtrusive and a must-have for any kitchen! #1 on my list of indispensable kitchen gadgetry.

Description

These things are must-haves, imho. They are virtually indestructible and carry enough water to keep you hydrated when you are adventuring in the great outdoors. Plus they don't make the water or tea taste funny.

Also great for having at the office or around the house for a handy, spill-proof drinking vessel.

The Bastard Fairies - Memento Mori

I stumbled upon this free download while viewing a video on YouTube. There was a plug for "The Bastard Fairies" at the end of the video under which one of their songs was playing. I was hooked just from a small 5-second snippet and visited their website where I was pleased to see they offered a free download of their CD. After downloading it, I just couldn't stop listening. It's chill, relaxing music, very catchy and interesting. Download for free and see for yourself! (via youtube.com)
