Hello, everyone! :) My name is Kledilton Pinto, I'm Brazilian, 31 y/o now. I actually live in Sao Paulo, but I was born in the State of Maranhao, which is one of the nine States belonging to the Amazon Region in Brazil. Since I have lived for several years in some other Amazonian States, i.e. Amazonas, Amapá and Pará, I have decided to found a company strongly related to the Amazon Region, its art and its culture as well. From my will the "Amazon World" was born last year. Amazon World is a Virtual Store where you can find the best of the handmade crafts which is full of hard-to-find products produced by artisans, indigenous people, associations, etc from the whole region. To make my dream come true, I have travelled through all the States within the Brazilian Amazon Region, knowing further about its craftmanship, its culture, its legends, its people, and lovely sceneries. To make a long story shorter I will invite all of you to visit our website, where you will find stories from all the states, picture I have taken during my journey, indigenous legends, etc. Also, you'll be able to share all photos as e-card with who you wish to (we won't keep you e-mail address nor your friend's, unless you kindly subscribe to our newsletter).
