About Me

I'm the mother of two year old daughter, LG. Prior to becoming a mom, I shaped the minds of youth while being a 2nd grade teacher. Today, I'm a stay at home mom working to shape my daughter's mind.

I've struggled with post partum depression while trying to figure out my new role as mother and Chief Household Officer. I started blogging in March 2006 as a way to chronicle my daughters life for out of town family.
