Description

It's such a high heel, but for shoes as pretty as that you have to wonder if even though it would hurt it would be worth it. After all, with the red satin and black details it's a bold shoe, but a classic shoe none the less. Plus it has a peep toe (and you know how I love peep toes!)

Though they come in black velvet, I think I like these in green velvet best. It's such a nice deep fall green. It is absolutely gorgeous and it would add a dash of excitement to an outfit (especially if you match with deep green accessories and jewelry).

This is THE summer shoe. It's a wooden wedge so it's a bit more stable than some of those mile high heels, It's polka dotted so it has that capricious sense of fun that summer is all about. And it's navy and white so it's nautical too (and what is summer without a lake or ocean about?).

This shoe totally embodies the winking girl on the bottom of the shoe, it's a shoe she would wear. It's that basic black slide made fun with the tiniest of peep toes (just a glimpse) and a fun t-strap. Plus with that triangle heel, oh yes, it's a pretty little fun shoe.

Description

I love Betsey Johnson's line. From her clothes to her shoes to her handbags I am always wanting them. Sadly, four inch heels and I usually mean me meeting the ground. I wish it didn't, because these shoes would be perfect fall shoes....and they are even on sale I like the little cut out in the wedge, i love the little bow. I think I have to get these, even if they join the rest of my collection of 'shoes bought because they are beautiful even though they are too high' in my closet.

These shoes are insanely high (4.5 inches, goodness what am I going to do with that). And insanely colorful (magenta, sky blue and forest green join black). And yet, I'm insanely wanting them. Forget the fact that it gets icy here in the winters, they are so insanely awesome!

I'm happy to see that shoe companies that make comfortable and supporting shoes are starting to make them in shoes that are cute. This basic brown leather wedge is a shoe I'd buy if it was uncomfortable, but being made by Clarks I'm sure it's a veritable walking heel.

Description

Wedges are wonderful summer shoes (and wonderful fall shoes and wonderful all around). And wedge sandals are definitely awesome summer shoes. Combine that sandal wedge with a lemony yellow leather strap and you have happiness in a shoe. Plus since they are made by a company that specializes in comfort, I'm betting they are Wedges that you can wear all day.

Summer shoes that are on a super sale. These wedges are a classic summer shoe that look ready to rock with any casual outfit. I think I might wear them with a skirt (I have this fun little brown circle skirt they'd look nice with) or maybe one of my few pairs of jeans (I know heels and pants are totally gauche, I don't care.)

Oh, Betsey Johnson I love you. These are moccasins with style. They look like they came from Minnetonka moccasins except for the fact that they are propped up on a 4 inch hell. I also love the little feminine and quirky touches Betsey Johnson brings to shoes.

Description

I know these shoes look basic. But I like the little touch of suede here and the little design on the toe there and it's just perfect. It's a good work shoe (low heel means you can wear it all day) and it's going to work well with any of my numerous black suits. Or, if you prefer to be a bit more daring they have them in blue suede too!

Usually in the summer I wear far too many flats or low heels (they are just so much fun). Some times though I flip the opposite way and slip into something like this 3.5 inch wedge heel. Covered in straps it's quite the sandal and quite a sandal I love.

After my more rational brain kicks in, it reminds me that while shiny is good...bronze limits what you can match with. A basic brown t strap like this might be a good contender for my next pair of brown shoes. They look pretty and with their antique bronze buckles I can still have that tiny bit of shine.

As I've alluded to, I'm on the hunt for a pair of brown shoes. These t straps make me think maybe bronze is a good color of brown (though they do have pewter too for those that prefer the black color set). They are shiny (shimmery!) and super cute.

Description

Combining two trends of the season these t-strap spectator shoes are ever so current (and yet classic). As will be no surprise, with the sturdy heel (what can I say, I'm klutzy), the black leather and the spectator styling I think they are rather smart. And with an $80 dollar price tag it's an easy choice to make (yes!).

I'm not sure why I was drawn to this shoe (after all I'm a pump girl and while I own several pairs of boots the only ones I wear regularly are my delicate black suede bow boots. These boots look like they belong to someone with a stronger wardrobe than I. Some one who takes names.

This shoe reminds me of a shirt, but in a good way. I'm adoring it for fall with it's sassy cream, red and white. It's a shoe that looks like it could rock different styles easily (well at least several) and could be prim and classic or a little bit more loose and casual. I like shoes that do double duty.

I know at first glance you might not see anything special about these shoes, but I want you to look more closely (and at the other colors it comes in). At first glance it's just another good plain shoe. And I'm not arguing that it's not that, but then notice the piping around the edge, notice the peep toe, notice that while it's a basic shoe it's anything but ordinary.

This shoe comes in three colors, brown, black and my personal favorite...mustard yellow! It's not that I don't like the black and brown versions, it's just that if I'm wearing a funky shoe I want it to be funky and I want to revile in the fun of a bright yellow peep toe heeled oxford. It's perfect for fall.

Description

These shoes aren't practical at all and that's why I love them. Well, that and the color. I love green shoes, but it's very hard to find a good green shoe. They are usually too bright, too garish or too brown. This green though, this green is the green I love. It's a deep green, it looks like a green shoe you'd find in a hidden garden or in a secret lair. A perfect green (and in a green open toe pump, which will let my pretty painted toes peep out).
