Description

I know these shoes look basic. But I like the little touch of suede here and the little design on the toe there and it's just perfect. It's a good work shoe (low heel means you can wear it all day) and it's going to work well with any of my numerous black suits. Or, if you prefer to be a bit more daring they have them in blue suede too!

Description

I think this dress would be cuter without the two black bows on the straps, but those are easily removed. It's not brand, but for that fabric it can be over looked. Besides cute is cute whether it has those little letters (btssb, ap, meta, vm, etc.) associated with it.

Description

White and turquoise are such a nice summer color palette! I'm loving the wallpaper-y look, and the brightness. I'm beginning to think that this comforter might be more than a summer thing and could bring a touch of sun to the cold cold winter.

Right after I saw the jewel tone yarn, I saw this yarn. As enamored as I am with jewel tones.I usually play it a bit safer when I wear colors out. And the free patterns with this yarn sampler are even better...they have knit lace!

Description

Then again, dying yarn probably is kind of messy. And you can buy pretty yarn in all sorts of colors. I like this sampler yarn set because it has some gorgeous colors (in various jewel tones) and it has five free patterns in it. As I heard a co-worker say earlier today....'if it's free, it's for me!'.

This stroller lets you either push your baby so baby can see the world, or push your baby so baby only sees you. I like that flexibility. After all, some days you like to see the world and some days you want a little bit less adventure, why wouldn't baby be the same?

Description

As you might have guessed, I like the color red. And this stroller is adorably red. It also has one of my favorite stroller features, a basket on the bottom for you to put the baby bag or anything you need there (I've even seen grocery bags down there). It's an old fashioned inspired stroller that functions well in today's world.

Description

My grandmother had towels that had texture to them like this. i adored them and always begged to use them when I visited. These towels look soft and fluffy and they are in such a pretty light green and brown (or mint and truffle as the website calls them).

Description

My yarn sits in bags, ugly plastic or paper bags I got from the yarn store. This fabric bucket would be adorable for my yarn and would let me keep my yarn in sight in the living room, so my knitting is always just a tiny bit away. I love the fabric on the outsides, it super pretty.

Description

The dome shape on this umbrella is what drew me to it. Well, that and the colors. I like that palest blue wth brown scrolling overlay (told you I was enjoying the brown/blue combination recently). The umbrella is sturdy enough to actually be used on a windy and rainy day, but pretty enough that if you just want it to block the sun, it can be used for that too!

When I was very little girl I begged my grandmother for her umbrella, it was red and had a crazy print all over it, it have a silver handle and fake red ruby. She amazingly relented after a few years of dedicated pleaded, It faded as most 30 year old umbrellas do, but this blue Pucci umbrella might be it's glorious replacement.

Description

Most of my nice scarfs are silk. If not silk there are some silk/cashmere blends and then a handful of nice knit winter scarves. Right now I own one cotton scarf. Looking back I really should own more. My cotton scarf has doubled as a shirt, as head covering, as a belt and many other things. This Pucci cottong scarf would be a good next cottom scarf for me to get and with it's oh so 70s print, nicely in style too.

This is a pretty bold dress, if worn in the day or just a pretty dress if worn at night. As for me, I'd wear it at night because I like a little softening of the night to tone down the patterns...but for some of my friends, those with the right hair and the skin tone I'd recommed day wear as it a fantastic dress.

When I was younger I read the trashiest books every. One took place in the 70s and was supposed to be about the pinnacle of success and luxury. The name Pucci was used a lot. Even though, as a little girl, I hadn't seen any Pucci I already associated it with success. As an older girl (woman) now, I know that Pucci does have a certain charm to it. Charm like this large silk scarf that could be used for just about anything.

Description

Most of the maxi dresses I've seen this season have either been strapless or cut very low with a deep v. This maxi dress has a mandarin collar and it has me intrigued. I like the vibrant red pattern and the seemingly more put together look I could see with this dress. Yes, it's a maxi dress...but it's also a far different look than many others out there now.

Printed Turtleneck

Description

I think printed turtlenecks should have caught on more. A turtleneck is just as nice as a long sleeved shirt, except is can be warmer! Plus, I adore the crinkle neck on this turtleneck. It's an intense pattern, but that can but fun sometimes too.
