Description

Though I'm mainly a classic girl, I find I tend towards sweet in the spring and summer. This JSK lets me be classic with a hint of sweet. It's a very classic style, but looks perfect for summer and in that baby pink it would be slightly sweet, just the way I like it.

With Oprah's seal of approval this lip gloss...excuse me...glace has me all sort of interested. I like lipstick, but I also like layering gloss on top of lipstick, or on causal days just slipping on a gloss instead of a heavy stick. This lip glace look wonderful and perfect for summer! Description

I'm a bit of texture junky. If something is soft I want it baby soft. If something is smooth, I want it to be silky soft smooth. This lipstick is smooth. It glides on and it isn't super light (I'd almost be tempted to call it gloss strength). (via FashionKitty)

There is something timeless about Talbots, things I got there years ago I can still wear. What drew me to this cardigan was the cute little belt. I imagine it would work equally well with the shell or with a button up shirt. A cardigan that can be worn for quite some time to come.

I like this cameo not so much for the carving on the front, though I like the swan on a lake scene. Rather I like this cameo for the variable color in the background. It makes it look like a sunset which when paired with a simple lake makes a pretty tableau.

One of the things I love about this cameo is that unlike many cameo subject which show women swathed in layers of clothing with hair in a prim updo, this subject shows a woman enjoying her youth . Handmade in Italy, the quality just shines through on this hand carved cameo.

One of the things I love the most about this cameo is the fact that it doesn't have the trim. It's just shell and flowers. It's more casual this way, more fun this way. I think this totally compliments the earthy nature of the floral subject of the pendant that can also be used as a pin.

I love cameos, I remember when I was little digging through my stepmother's jewelry box and skipping over everything to look at her cameos. She had this one that I was in love with. To this day I still love cameos. I think you really can mix them into any outfit. I find this medusa cameo slightly cheeky. Medusa was a strong woman and is sometimes portrayed as a monstrous woman, but in this cameo, she is beautiful. It's a cameo with a decidedly fun twist on the wholesome flowers and religious scenes normally seen.

Fabulous French Chic Decorative Phone with Roses!

I wish this phone worked! It's still utterly girly, utterly ridiculous, but also, absurdly awesome. It's a fancy phone that I could actually see working into a decor. It's a littler calmer than her crystal phone, but also a little bit more pink. Perfect for a little girl's room and a place to play pretend.

Oh my, this phone is a bit much. Even for my love of pink. But, in an abstract way I'm rather enamored with it. After all, it's an old fashioned phone with modern technology (so I don't have to sacrifice any of that usefulness for something cute). Frosted with roses, crystals and beads it not only celebrates excess it thumbs it's nose at anyone who doesn't.

This is my new purse. Except it's pink. But the design is the same. I love it. It holds a decent amount (it's been holding my knitting and some papers and everything I need including a lunch last week). Ooh! It's oh so cutely pink and oh so cutely girly. I'm in love with these pink wedding invitations. With a pink themed wedding these invitations get guests in the right frame of mind. This might be one of my favorite color combinations. Good for any season (though especially spring), creamy and inviting. For a wedding this speaks to a discreet and beautiful affair. I adore the ribbon tied on the front. My only worry is that it seems very girly, perhaps something that might be better for a girl's baby shower.

Ooh! This looks ever so useful. I just committed to law school, which means I'll be living in a library for the next three years. What better way to have everything you need at your fingertips than to have this adorable little bento lunch box! I love the pink, red and orange version--it's just amazing! I can store mid morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner all in one place. I'll never have to leave the law school building.
