Thank you for asking, Lisa ! It's my big toe, which I injured while running in a new pair of shoes. They were 1/2 size smaller than I usually wear, and the cumulative impact was just enough to cause some serious damage. (I run 6-10 miles per day.) Probably a few weeks before it heals completely IF I can manage to keep myself from running for that long. The upside is I can catch up on my yoga and cycling in the meantime.
