My first love is food. While I was in college, I dropped out and spent 2 years working in restaurants. I eventually went back to college and then grad school and began a career as a software engineer. After 10 years in the software industry, I realized that my heart was in food. That was 6 years ago. The idea behind Lou in Vine is to bring the spirit of a French neighborhood wine bar to LA: casual, small, and proprietor-driven.
