Key tags "Onkel Kurt"
First to recommend
Description
These Biedermeier-inspired key tags are handmade from aluminium and come in sets of three. Key tags probably aren't too common in the US, but let me tell you that those you usually buy at the locksmither's or at the hypermarket are either plastic or rubber, and they're dead ugly. DEAD ugly.
I have just ordered some sets of these, they're irresistible!

Bamboo & Organic Cotton Shrug

Description
Sachiko is one of my Etsy favourites; she designes and creates some of the most comfortable AND elegant garments I've seen. Not just that, but she uses only bamboo and organic cotton! Wearing these clothes will not irritate your skin, since they're smooth and lightweight - better than silk, if you ask me.
Most of the pieces are made to order and according to customer specs, so they'll come with the perfect fit.
Especially if you're a dancer, you might want to check out her shop. The prices are great and the quality of sewing is perfect.

Design Glut | Hookmaker

Description
Not enough that supermarket HQ is my latest favourite site to browse great and appealing design pieces.... I want to shop there and redo the whole house.
Take this tile, for example. Simple and brilliant idea. Who really needs ugly key hooks on the wall when Design Glut's hookmaker tiles can be had? Honestly now.

Oh yes... well, good news if you've spent your childhood in good ol' UK, because I Want One Of Those offer this irresistible jar of retro sweets. If you were a kid in the 80's, then I bet these ring a nostalgic bell with you!

Layla Gov by Gidi Gov
First to recommend
Description
First of all, Gidi Gov is what is called "an institution" among Israel's musicians and songwriters. Second, "Laila Gov" is his own show, which is all about good musics, fellow musicians, sessions and good talks, and people love it. This CD release is the first in a series of "Best of Laila Gov" - it's two CDs full of famous Israeli songs, newly interpreted by Gov and his guests in the studio.

Two by Shlomo Artzi
First to recommend
Description
"Shnaiim" ("Two") by Shlomo Artzi is such a great double-CD release. The songs move between ballad and toe-tapping beats, the lyrics offer stuff to ponder on or just to sympathize. Above all, though, there is Shlomo Artzi's distinctive voice, which made him one of Israel's top songwriters and singers.

The High Windows

Description
"HaChalonot HaGvohim" sound a bit like "The Mamas and the Papas" singing Hebrew. But their songs are nice, with a 60ish beat , of course, and good lyrics.

Yossi Azulay (Yossi Azulay)

Description
Ah yes - most of the songs on this album are as "sweet" as his looks on the cover. If you aren't fond of heartfelt ballads and oriental pop songs, then this is probably not for you. At least three of the oriental-beat songs of this album have been adapted for "Rikudei Am" (Israeli folk dance, the national sport of Israelis), and they're really fun to dance.

Lola by Dudu Tasa
First to recommend
Description
Dudu Tassa is great. This CD features some good songs with a beat and quite funk-souly brass, and also the lyrics are quite sophisticated.
I love to listen to this album when I work, but I also have it ready to go on my mp3 player.
