Description

Not enough that my studio has morphed into a magic forest -mushrooms, hedgehogs and matryoshki and all- no, Oboiler have come up with a matching idea to make my forest of cables magically disappear.

I think it's time I got that branch-ey wall decals now.... and the picket fence cable shade. Oh, and more mushrooms for sure. (via laissezfaire)

Description

Do you hate key boards as much as I do? They're either not functional or plain ugly, but never in between. Until now. The Pension fuer Produkte in Hamburg is home to this great design - simple, hyper-functional and easy to install. Really, I don't want more than that.

Description

I collect oriental tea glasses, and this one would make a great addition.

The "coasters" are actually for candles ( http://www.cosas.se/shop/art.asp?id=157&func=&varuid= ), and no one in the Middle East would drink tea this way, but the combination is nice nevertheless.

Description

Fawns and deers are very en vogue; Cosas from Sweden has the right goods this trend. Thanks to their simple design, they are not overly kitshy, though I wouldn't put them onto anything else than a white wall. Just to be sure...

This is funny new design at koizol -- hook up as many twines as you like at whatever end looks best and serves your needs, hang in some blossoms and put onto the wall. Voila.

Alas, it's plastic and not too eco-friendly. Why can't this be cardboard, made from recycled paper and varnished with eco-friendly lacquer?k

Lampion [Orike Muth]

Description

She has been my favourite designer for years and years; all designs are screenprinted onto paper and decorated onto lampions. Colours, shapes, compositions ... everything is perfect and has its very own touch.
Even greater news -- Orike Muth relaunched her website, and it's got an online shop now, as well as an English version. I couldn't be happier for her.
