It's a FREE online family organizer that helps you manage the family calendar, organize your shopping list and to do list, share favorite memories in a family journal, share photos.
For example: I can make a grocery list on Cozi THEN sent it via text to my iphone or better yet, my husband's iphone so he can do it.
