About mindyerstockings:

I'm quite the lady. And am as random as can be.

I wish I would just stop being lazy, and make a both a kitchen as well as fashion blogs.

They're so unique and I love shoes that make a statement - plus shoes are a great investment, it's not like you change shoe sizes often! I'm jealous of your collection!

Guidline is my father's and mother's approach to cooking -- they do a lot of improvisation and experimenting with food. Plus, my father has this tradition where every week we try out food from different cultures and we have to go to a different restaurant once a week, and try new things. I love that approach to cooking -- to have fun with it and try something at least once. I recently found this fantastic cheese selection at Marks & Spencers (UK chainstore -- does all sorts and recently ventured into food) and they have the two most incredibly cheese I have ever eaten -- Extra Mature Cheddar Cornish Cruncher and their's Cornish Brie. And my love for them can be evidenced on the weighing machine.
