About Me

I am a social entrepreneur with a dream to energize the outdoor industry into action. To do that I founded The Mountain Fund who's mission is to organize grassroots nonprofits and NGOs from a diversity of disciplines and support and coordinate these organizations efforts to eliminate poverty, its causes and symptoms, at the human level in mountain communities around the world. My day job and how I afford The Mountain Fund is management of 1600 apartments all owned by nonprofit organizations and housing poor elderly and disabled persons in three western states.
