Artichoke Lemon Pesto

Description

This pesto is wonderful! Decadent and satisfying, it's excellent mixed into a cheese fondue, used as a base for a pizza, or tossed with penne for a simple dinner. You can't go wrong with a jar of this stuff, and it makes fantastic gifts. I know I always like recieving Bella Cucina products.

Description

This is the perfect thermometer for candy-making. It is durable and accurate, and very user friendly. The flat design of this thermometer is what makes it the ideal thermometer for making toffee and other candies. You can lay the thermometer against the edge of your pot, while the bottom of the thermometer can rest squarely in the middle of the pan- a necessity for candy making. Other thermometers clip solely to the edge of the pan, and by the time the edge is up to temperature, you've burnt the candy in the center of the pot. I can't recommend this thermometer enough.

I love coffee. Love it. I enjoy darkly roasted coffee that is robust and full of flavor. I have tried every kind of coffee, and there is nothing that compares to Boca Java. They do not roast the coffee until you place an order, so it is custom roasted for you. And their flavored coffees are incredibly well done. Full of flavor and aroma- without being fakey or cloyingly sweet. Boca Java also carries teas, but I confess that I have not tried their teas so I can't comment on their quality. But if they're anything like the coffee, they should eb exceptional in quality.

Half- Sheet Pan

Description

This is one of my favorite things. This sheet pan is remarkably versatile. It is perfectly sized for a big pan of cookies or a very large batch of bars. It also works perfectly for baking chicken and roasting vegetables. This particular pan, from Williams-Sonoma is extremely sturdy. I have yet to have one of my half-sheet pans warp (you know how cookie sheets warp under high heat).

This is my favorite tea right now. I adore Chai, and this double spice blend is perfect. The intensity of the spices is incredible- but they don't completely overpower the tea itself. Enjoy a mug of perfection with a tiny drizzle of honey and a splash of milk. Mmmm.

Airborne Jr. Effervescent Health Formula, Tablets

Description

How could I not love this? When my daughter gets sick, she really gets sick and feels awful for several days. Last winter I discovered Airborne, and her colds just pass right by. At the first sign of sniffles, I start her on a twice a day regimin of Airborne, and 3 days later she is 100% better. Her colds are also very light and more a nuisance than a real sickness. Wonderful stuff, I can't recommend this enough.
