These shoes are amazing. Tried them on one time and fell in love with them. They come in two color options, all black or a gold,silver, & gold combo. They are ranging between 170-200 dollars depending on which site you can grab them from. Surprisingly they are comfortable to walk in, was a bit hesitant because as much a I love platform shoes, unless they have a thick heel on them, I don't dare try to walk in them, especially with skinny heels. With there not being a heel I was definitely a bit worried. Yet I was able to walk just fine. I wish I could have gotten a pair by New Year's Eve, but no worries, my birthday is in February. I plan on snatching me a pair by then;) There is another pair called the Jeffrey Campbell Night Walkers which are similar but more in a Mary Jane style. Also another shoe I will have to pick up. Shimano MO76 Mountain Bike Shoes - Men's

I've been cycling for about 4 months now and I must say I've found it to be quite addictive. Well I had lunch with a best friend of mine and she cycles as well and informed me that she had bought some cycling shoes and told me how much of a difference she feels when she uses her shoes. So I went to my neighborhood R.E.I store after doing some web research and found myself interested originally in the Shimano RO76. The sales lady informed me that since I was taking a cycling class that the RO76's probably wouldn't be the best ones since they have a slick bottom and I could possibly slip. So she recommended the mountain version, the MO76, exact same feel just a tread bottom so I can walk with the shoes.
I tried them on and they felt perfect I would recommend for those interested get a size up. I normally wear a size 10 in womens, which is a European 41, I had to get a 42 to give myself some comfortable room and that is even with cycling socks on.
Only gripe I would have is that after cycling for about 30-40 mins at the tip of the shoe, your big toes might become a bit sore. I've heard this from other cyclists as well who wear cycling shoes in general not just with this particular model. (via Shimano MO76 Mountain Bike Shoes - Men's)

One of my favorite teas from Teavana. Especially if you like your tea sweet like I do mine, then just add some German Rock Sugar and you are set. You can enjoy this hot or cold. I prefer mine hot, but will put a few ice cubes in to help cool it off a bit.

Have a 2 GB version in both black and in a limited edition purple. Great to store in a usb case or in your bra! Definitely like the sliding mechanism so you can protect the USB head from breaking off, unless your just lazy to retract the head back inside of the unit

Funky Cotton Laptop Sleeves | Snupped

As you know or might NOT know, I have a HP 17' laptop (review has also been written on it as well) and I have been on the hunt for a laptop sleeve that was not the norm (boring solid colors). So after hunting for over 7 months I came upon a company called Snupped based outside of the USA. I went on their website and man did I find some amazing designs. I finally settled on one that I thought definitely would compliment the custom size laptop skin I had just purchased from another company (review on that soon). So I emailed the company and was lucky enought to have my email answered by the guy who owns the company.
I told him my dilemma in regards to the size of my laptop and needing to make sure the sleeve was snug enough to keep my laptop secure but comfortable enough to be able to put my laptop in and be able to take it out without issues. So he requested the measurements of my laptop and told me that they do make custom sizes. So within 2 weeks I put in my order and I kept in touch with them over a timespan of 3 weeks because the design I requested they didn't have the particular fabric in stock intially.
So they were quite patient with me lol and kept me up to date on the progress of my custom made sleeve. I wasn't upset at all at the time it took to make my sleeve, in fact it just made it more personal for me and I like when I get something for it be made especially for me.
Within three weeks I get an email back stating that my sleeve is ready and has been shipped. I'm so excited that when I finally get the package I rip it open and out comes the prettiest laptop sleeve I've ever scene. It was so soft because they make their sleeves out of cotton not neoprene. Big plus in my opinion is that it doesn't retain heat as long as if you were using a neoprene sleeve.
I got it home and tried it out on my laptop and it was just like something out of the Goldielocks fairytale. Not to big, not to small, just right:) Oh and if you want to know the design I have it's called: Olive Swirls it happens to be the second pic in this review.

absolutely beautiful. I know I already own some Valentino's in a similar style.....but damn I got my eyes on these in either violet or green. Oh and you can get them for about $250 or lower at a place called Dreamshades.com. That's where I got my Valentino's that I have on my list.

This past Saturday, we finally put our old CRT Samsung monitor out to pasture. It was taking up too much room on the small cubicle that we had the computer system set up on and we were looking for a change. So as usual my family put me in charge and I found a beautiful LG 22 widescreen monitor that I thought would do the job.
When I got it home it was a very easy setup, put the base together with a few snaps, click in the monitor, connect the power and cpu cords and wham, bam, it was up and running. The color is simply amazing the way it pops off the screen. Being able to enjoy writing a paper now and not having to squint or see blurry eyed is truly something I welcome.
The monitor also does have sleepy mode, when not in use it will go into standbye mode to conserve energy. Overall a great buy.

great accessory to have to hold your purse off the floor, bought mine from Franklin Covey for $10. Great steal!!!!!! Excellent, get one for yourself or someone you know who just can't stand putting their purse on the floor (should be everyone).
