Found out about these great little candies last Saturday. My supervisor found them for sale for a $1 a bag at our local Dollar Store. Three different flavors: irish cream, french mocha, amaretto, and hazelnut. Excellent little SPOIL-ME snack. I think all the flavors are great but if I had to choose one, than the amaretto would win. The taste is smooth and it feels as though you have a coffee tablet (decaf of course) in your mouth but just full of flavor. So next time you need a little candy fix, pass up the regular peppermints and pop one of these treats instead;)

TAKE OUT MENU ORGANIZER

A great item to organize menus's. I bought this item at Franklin Covey same time I bought my Meribel Tote and Binder. Originally bought it for my job as an administrative assistant since all the faculty will call me and ask for a menu from online. Got tired of doing that so I printed them off and popped them inside this great binder.
Also has a nice little notepad to take down orders for people. Eventually people were coming to office just to look at it more than ordering from it. So eventually I took it home because I didn't want it to be taken away and not returned. So I then made my own personal version for the office. hehehe

Mizani Hair Products

Description
Excellent line made for African-American Women. Certain products made for relaxed hair, while others can be used on relaxed or natural hair. My beautican has used their line of products with me for over 5 years and I even have some of their products at home to help maintain my hair between appointments (every 2 weeks).
This particular line you will mainly find at your upscale beauty salon stores. Prices range from $10 to $40. I mainly buy mine at Trade Secret or Beauty First, both national retail beauty supply stores.
The items I use are:
Comfiderm Scalp Oil 2 oz (This product is simply amazing. I remember when I used to get cornrows and my number one gripe was not being able to moisturize my scalp below the surface of where my hair was braided. This scalp eliminated that problem. Because it has a small nozzle to distribute out the oil I can pinpoint and control where and how much. Even now since I don't wear cornrows all I have to do is just take the oil and distribute on my scalp vertically across and it will get around to the rest of my scalp without a problem.)
Firm Holding Spritz 8 oz
H2O Intense Night-Time Treatment 5 oz (I use this item every other night and sometimes in morning, has a beautiful rose smell to it but its not overpowering)
Rose H2O Conditioning Hairdress 8 oz (The cream I normally use in the day but can also use at night)
Spradiance 4 oz - Glosser (Excellent shine enhancer, keeps going strong all day long)
Styling Gel ( I prefer this type of gel because it does not flake and it seems better in my opinion than the black/brown gel alternative that normaly retails for under $5, also in strength in holding up a hair style especially if I'm trying to rock a pony tail, it definitely does the job.)
Relaxers- I know my beautican also uses their relaxers on me, but I don't know which one.
Shampoos and Conditioners - Again I know my beautican uses their products but since I'm mainly asleep or close to it when she's at this part, I don't bother to ask.

Xbox LIVE Vision Camera

Description
Another great item to enhance your xbox live experience with your xbox 360. Easy setup just hook it into one of your front USB ports. Once you power up your system your camera will immediately power on. I noticed that once my main screen came up that my own reflection was showing as the background. Pretty nice.
I have also learned how to send a picture of myself to another user as well as take a picture of myself and make it my gamertag photo on xbox live. Yet it will not show on www.xbox.com. You do have the option to adjust sharpness on the lens so you don't come through blurry to other people on the network.
I also liked the extra long cable so I didn't have a problem with putting the camera on top of my 36' TV while my xbox was tucked away on the bottom shelf of my TV Stand. Recommend highly.

Xbox 360 Messenger Kit

Description
For those who enjoy the xbox 360 and the online community of xbox live. This is just an essiental piece of equipment to make your conversations easier. Right out the box all you have to do is snap the messenger kit to the bottom of the xbox controller. Once you power up your Xbox 360 you can immediately use the device to interact with other people by typing in messages instead of having to use the xbox controller itself. Definitely the convienant factor shoots through the roof.
At night time the keys will light up so you don't have to have a light on to see what you are typing. Also comes with a headphone set that connects via a plug at the bottom of the messenger kit. Overall a great device to add onto your xbox 360 and xbox live interactions

Description
This is the tote that you can purchase to compliment the Meribel Binder. I did also buy this in the matching color (Orchard Ice) which is the color shown in this picture. The tote is wonderfully spaced and I was quite shocked to see that my Classic Size binder would fit so nicely inside. The inside has a nice brown liner inside with a golden outline design, a pocet for your cellphone, and zipper area. Also includes a matching coin purse holder to hold your cash, change, id's....etc....etc....etc....(sorry having a KING AND I movie moment)
On the outside you have the same beautiful leather design as the binder. Another slip pocket on one side that matches the one that the binder has. Nice long straps to carry comfortably on the shoulder or just hold in your hand. This item will definitely get some overtime this summer.
Not to mention you don't HAVE to use your binder with the tote. It's so cute you can rock it all by itself;)

Description
Beautiful Leather Binder which comes in Classic and Compact Sizes. Soft to the touch this Binder is just the essential look for spring. It comes in three different colors, Orchard Ice, Pearl, and Bronze. When this product first caught my eye back in Feb. I knew I had to have it in the Classic size. Especially the Orchard Ice color, which is more of a metallic lilac color. Simply devine.
This Binder has a zipper closure. On the inside left side it has a zipper area to keep change, a pen holder, slots to keep credit cards, id's etc... and a slim divider area. On the right hand inside side you have another pen area more pocket areas and another divider. On the back right side there is a slip pocket that you could easily put your cell phone, keys, some index cards, or anything else that could be stored away.
Overall a BEAUTIFUL item, something for the women to show off wherever you area. Keep it stylin from the board room to the bedroom

Now if you read my review on the MD Skincare Alpha Beta® Daily Face Peel, you will recall that my friend recommended two different products for me to alternate for a mini-spa experience once a week. Well this is the other product. This product is simply divine.
Just like the MD Skincare, you want to prepare your skin first with your regular cleanser. Then you want to follow up with the first step of this treatment. Step 1: Polishing Microdermabrasion Cream, this cream reminds me of an exfoliator but more concentrated so you REALLY feel the crystals as they are working over your skin. Now in the past I would use my hands but lately I have been using a facial brush and I definitely feel a difference. So in my opinion use a facial brush. Now also a quick note there is a little scooper that comes in the box for the Cream. USE IT, all you need is a little scoop for your face you DO NOT need a lot of this product to get the job done. TRUST ME!!!
Now after this step you rinse and you proceed with Step 2: Radiance Renewing Vitamin C Serum. Now beyond the nice citrus smell it definitely has a smooth texture as you put it on your face and smooth it around. Again people a little goes a long way and please make sure you SLOWLY push the serum out of the tube starting from the bottom. I started mid-way and it was coming out just a tad bit too fast. Yet I have it under control now.
Afterwards you follow with your night time cream and relax the night away.

Back in Feb. of this year I decided that I really needed to get serious about my skincare and needed to add something more to the mix than what I was already using. I use the lancome line on a regular basis and I'm very pleased with it, But I felt that i was still missing something that would feel like an in-home spa experience.
So a friend of mine that I have know for at least 10 years. I mean has known me through my faze with MAC products (1998) all the way to now with Lancome informed me that she thought that MD Skincare Beta Daily Face Peel would be excellent for my skin. Especially since I was trying to deal with acne scarring.
She informed me that instead of using the Peels Daily, use the process every other week, and alternate it with another product that she recommended for my face. So to make it easier Every sunday it's a mini spa day for me in the evening when I do my face. Main thing I like is that I give my products an extended life.
Now with this product you want to first wash your face with your regular cleanser. Pat your skin dry and then apply the first step. After a minute you want to proceed with step 2. Then finally I apply my regular moisturizer cream.
Let me tell you something your face will definitely thank you. Now please keep in mind that there are 2 versions. there is the 30 applications for $75 and the 60 applications for $125.

I was interested in this product because I needed a way to keep a backup of any items I might have on my desktop and my laptop. I wanted a portable hardrive and it had to be at least 250 GB. So when I saw this beautiful pink one on SALE at the job I just had to pick it up. Normally it would be around $180 but it was on sale for $108. So it was a steal.
What I like about this device is how easy out the box it was to setup. Just plug and play and you are ready to transfer your files over (documents, music, photos). It comes with an extended USB to mini usb cable to use the device. Overall excellent and it comes in an assortment of colors.
