De Buyer Crepe Pans - Skillets - Cookware - Sur La Table
First to recommend
2 people recommended this item
Description
This crepe pan is nice and heavy, plus it's perfectly flat at the bottom so you will end up with nice, even-thickness crepes. Start out with just a teensy bit of butter on the bottom, spread it around as it melts, and the pan will be sufficiently seasoned for a whole batch of crepes. Piping Bags - Disposable - 12" - 100

Description
Disposable piping bags are awesome because they are clean and easy to twist at the end. Also they come fully closed at the end, and you can snip the opening to whatever size you want-- useful if you have differently sized sets of decorating tips. (via Kate Goodyear, class at Sur La Table)

Description
I like making the mini cupcakes, they are easier to frost with a piping bag, and they're a better snack size. I have had good luck with this particular pan. (via William Sonoma)
