Description

How great to be doing something better for our planet while doing my body and mind some good. There are other eco-friendly mats out there but this one wins for style. I like hte thinner style but it comes in a slightly thicker style as well.

If it hasn't already, or if it's too new still, this CD will become a classic in any yogi's music collection. Instructors (including me) use it in all types of classes, not just flow types of yoga. Inspiring, energetic, soothing...it's incredible how it rounds out a practice and fills your soul. Shiva Rea is a master at finding the universal language of music. Obviously you don't have to be on a yoga mat to experience the power of this music collection.

The colorful hip stripe on these awesome lululemon "Groove Pant" is a great detail to an otherwise slick, comfortable, versatile, flattering pant. You can get the stripe in practically all colors of the rainbow including white. The great thing is that these pants are reversible so when you want all black, you've got that too, so it's two pants in one. I'm always looking for that perfect pair of pants I can wear from the yoga studio and into the rest of my day. Now I've found it: I threw a long sweater-like coat over my lululemon pants and black tank, added a pair of high heel black wedge sandals, and it was perfect for my business dinner!

Kiss Me Mascara

Description

This is the only mascara I use now and I love it! It never smudges or comes off until I take it off with just warm water and gentle swipes with a wash cloth. I can even shower in it. It works for day and night because it's just the right volume. And it gives me a clean, fresh look and goes on smoothly and evenly. I love the blue tint: subtle enough but adds brightness.

Is this color not enough to brighten your day in the kitchen? It's so functional and simple to use. And it fits easily into any drawer. My young kids love playing with it like putting their toe on it when it's on the floor and giggling at the numbers. I even use it to weigh my letters and large envelopes to know how much postage to put on without having to go to the post office. How's that for functionality? Oh, and it does make you honest when you're keeping that food diary and watching portion sizes on your diet.

All Clad Stainless Measuring Cup Set

Description

You use measuring cups all the time so why not get ones that are sturdy, look nice, have all the sizes you need including that 1/8 cup (2 tablespoons), and they stay together so nicely with that chain so you can find the size you need easily but the chain doesn't get in the way when you're using them. I got rid of the measuring cups I had with sharp edges, unlike these, and I've been thrilled. Spend money on what you use a lot. They'll last forever. (via amazon.com)
