About Me

Growing up in Germany really makes me appreciate the California lifestyle. I love the ocean and the deserts and everything in between. That’s why I think it is so important that we keep some open space and don’t fill up every spot with a mall and a freeway leading up to it.
I love surfing but also hiking, mountain biking and yoga. I work for the Surfrider Foundation and live with my wife in San Juan Capistrano.
