I made the mistake of answering my door on Tuesday . I was talked into becoming a customer. Well let me start by telling you all not to make the same mistake. I was lied to about pertty much everything. I strongly ,strongly recommend noone give them accees to your banking info'. They will start billing you as soon as they walk out the door. I was told that I could get a three day no obligation trial. When I dicorvered they had billed me allready after only one day I called to cancel. I was told that they need a 30 day notic in writing and it will cost to pick up the cooler and I will also be charged for that. So the $49.99 +$199.99 . For a three day free trial. ( DO NOT ORDER FROM O PREMIUM WATERS) I Think 3 On Your Side needs to get involved

This is funny! Their compliments are actually complaints! Yep, Great water, if you get it. Great price if your actually only charged what they say you will be charged. Since they are liars and cheats, you dont!

Great water, LOUSY service. I've been using them since 2001 and the water is better than tap. We started with the all you can drink deal at $25, they are now charging me $77,my bad - I should have been paying attention to my card charges. They now claim $37 all you can drink - as long as it's not over a certain amount. All in all I would not recommend OPremium, they over promise and under deliver, not to mention the filthy bottles which bring into question their sanitary procedures.
