There are now many imitators but only the originator of this contemporary hyperpigment impressionist style of southwest portraiture, landscapes and animals captures and projects the emotion of his characters from native American culture. Nieto is well-established and his work reliably appreciates in value. On emotional projection, there's more realism here than in many photographs. Nieto's superchromatic style shows you an alternate view to understanding who or what's in front of you.
