I'm Paul Baines, a conceptual artist, musician, and a general pain in the neck. I am in the middle of an experiment right now, can low art mediums such as fashion be appropriated by high art conceptual thinking. The opposite has been true since time immemorial, follow my blog to see if I can reverse the trend.
