I recently tried a sample of this and absolutely LOVED it. I'm definitely picking up a tube. The small sample packet lasted nearly a week, during which I applied a dime like size amount throughout my hair evenly before styling. It's light, greaseless, and virtually odorless, but gives my hair a really nice shine.

Description

I like using this when I go to the beach as it is easy to put on and I don't have to worry about makeup. It doesn't melt or get into the eyes and works well to protect my face from the sun (combined with a beach hat, sunglasses, and umbrella).

Description

This is my all-time favorite moisturizer. It's not too oily and not too thick, blending into my skin within seconds. I use it every morning on my face and neck before applying makeup. It's also a great size for a great price (especially if you work it during Bonus Time). I've tried several other Clinique moisturizers (moisture surge and dramatically different gel), as well as Philosophy, and I keep coming back.

Description

I just bought the Neutrogena Summer Glow moisturizer which I believe is a new product (the tube I bought had the word New printed on it). I am hoping that it builds a very very subtle natural glow. So far I've only used it for one day and noticed no visual effects. It does have a summery, suntan lotion like smell and makes my legs feel very moisturized.

Kiehl's Gentle Foaming Cleanser/16oz

Description

Since I'm becoming a huge fan of Kiehl's products, I recently switched to this gental, foaming cleanser from Origins. It turned out that Kiehl's was the same price, but it's a bigger bottle! I is a bit creamier and my face had to get used to it, but it contains many of the same ingredients as well. Worth a try!

Cover Girl Lash Exact Mascara

It definitely doesn't smudge easily and it works well for someone who doesn't like wearing a heavy amount of eye makeup. I dig the plastic brush too as it seems to separate lashes well without too many clumps.

Philosophy Hope In A Jar Therapeutic Moisturizer

Very nearly my entire skin care routine consists of Philosophy products. I ran out of my Clinique moisturizer (super defense) which was pretty good, and tried the Hope in a Jar for Dry Skin (which turned out to be too thick). I started using the normal Hope in a Jar and this one is much lighter and smells great (lavender)!

Superbly Efficient Anti-Perspirant & Deodorant

i have to second that emotion. i switched from the generic solids to kiehl's deodorant lotion and i absolutely never thought i'd say that i LOVE a deodorant! there is no weird after-scent which being a scent-sensitive person is an absolute blessing and it works better than anything i've ever used. it does still contatin aluminum, which i know many people who go organic are trying to get away from. however, i can certainly say this product is totally worth it.

Origins: Never A Dull Moment Cleanser

I wash my face twice a day, once in the morning during my shower with this cleanser and once at night before bed using Proactiv. Using Proactiv twice a day as instructed is just too harsh on my skin, but I still felt I needed something really gentle in the mornings. Proactiv® Solution - 3 Steps to Clear Skin

Despite the As-Seen-On-TV rep, this stuff absolutely works. $40 for the 3-piece system is the perfect place to start and actually I can stretch this normally 2-month supply out much longer. My skin can get a bit dry, so I only use it once per day (before bed) instead of the 2x per day directions and suppliment a gentle cleanser (Origins) in the mornings. You can alter your subscription to ship every 3 months instead of every 2 or whatever time period fits you best. So I believe the price is completely worth it, even if the bottles look small.

If you or anyone you know has ever had any form of problem skin, RECOMMEND THIS IMMEDIATELY. I only wish this existed when I was a teen -- I can't go a single day without it.
