Urban eco foodie with a slight beauty product obsession

I’m a writer, trendspotter, and social media strategist based in Washington DC. I get to spend my days writing about topics that interest me---everything from “green” buildings to new restaurants to the occasional celeb profile. As a DC native, I’m enjoying the city's renaissance. We're not all khaki-wearing policy wonks, ya know. At the same time, I’m always daydreaming about where my next trip will take me. Right now, New Zealand and Australia are at the top of my list. When I’m not writing, I’m most likely making mix CDs, baking organic cookies, roaming around farmer's markets, at yoga, or at a restaurant with friends.
