I'm the creator of Greenthinkers, an eco-friendly web site.

My day (i.e. paying) job is with Sancor Industries Ltd., manufacturer of Envirolet Composting Toilet Systems. Yep, composting toilets. I was actually born into the composting toilet industry. My father was a distributor of composting toilets in the early 70s until finally introducing his own brand called Envirolet in 1977 when I was 2.

This paved the way for my first job in the composting biz at the ripe age of about 11... helping to unload boxes and do other various tasks in the summer! Through this experience I quickly learned the the ins-and-outs of the assembly line until graduating from university in 1998.

In 1997 while still in school I created the first web site for Envirolet and it has grown to be one of the most important components of the booming composting toilet biz. We now have various country specific sites and an Envirolet blog called Envirolet Buzz. Currently, my focus and job functions have all centered around marketing and the internet, generally trying to create buzz for Envirolet and composting toilets in general.

We just introduced a new product in partnership with Dometic AB of Sweden called Envirolet VF that should bring compost toilets to the mainstream and save billions of gallons of water!
