It had never occurred to me to do pizza on an enamel pan, but it sort of makes sense. Probably a great alternative to a pizza stone -- it's a great conductor and retainer of heat. (via Linda Tee)

This is more of a spoonula than the other, flatter spatulas. Great for soups and sauces, and firm enough to scrape up the good stuff from the bottom of the pan. (via David Liebovitz)

Like the regular skillet, this surface has enough grab to create great stripey grill marks, yet doesn't stick relentlessly. If you don't have the luxury of an outdoor grill, or it's just too crappy outside to use it, this is the perfect alternative (via Amanda Cushman)
