Elizabethan etched and gilded teardrop earrings - Handmade Jewelry by Simone Walsh

Description
Eye-catching and elegant earrings etched with a beautifully intricate Elizabethan pattern which has a gold highlighted finish.
The teardrop-shaped panels of these earrings have been cut out by hand from sterling silver which has been etched with an Elizabethan-era inspired pattern. The panels have been partially domed inwards to give them a curvy shape.
The etched design been gilded using 23ct gold foil (23kt if you're in the US), giving it a bright gold finish, with some silver showing through in places.
The earrings are finished with large and curvy handmade sterling silver ear wires.

Description
Bold but simple contemporary dish ring etched with a circles pattern and set with a deep rose-coloured rhodolite.
The dish shaped head for this ring has been cut out by hand from sterling silver which has been etched with a contemporary circles pattern.
The ring features a faceted rhodolite gemstone setting.
The ring band is handmade in sterling silver and has a flattened hammer-beaten surface which sparkles.
The head of the ring has a matte brushed finish, while the shank is bright and shiny.

Butterfly wing pendant on chain with gemstones & 14ct gold - Handmade Jewelry by Simone Walsh

Delicate, contemporary and feminine butterfly wing pendant on chain with gold and gemstone highlights.
This is the deluxe version of one of my most enduringly popular designs - the butterfly wing pendant. The necklace features a sterling silver chain, as requested by many customers.
The outline of a delicate butterfly wing has been intricately cut out by hand in sterling silver. The wing is slightly longer than the original design of this pendant.
Hanging next to the pendant is a fine circle of 14ct gold which is hammer-beaten so it sparkles.
Suspended from the gold on handmade 14ct gold headpins are three beautiful hand cut gemstone beads: faceted ametrine gemstone beads and one faceted amethyst. The ametrine varies in colour from yellow to purple, with the amethyst being a darker purple.
The pendant and gold circle are suspended from a simple sterling silver oval cable chain which is finished with handmade clasp findings.

I think that all handmade chains are very special. Most chains are made in factories by machines, whereas handmade chains are very labour-intensive, with each individual link having been worked on carefully by the maker and left with its own character.

Description
A beautiful contemporary poppy handmade in sterling silver.
The poppy has been cut out by hand in sterling silver. The silver has been given an organic, slightly textured finish by way of being hammer-beaten and sanded. The pendant has then been tumbled to make it bright and shiny.
The pendant is suspended on a necklace made from luscious black natural silk thread which is finished with handmade sterling silver clasp findings.
