i just sent this to lauren, but i'm really upset so i thought i'd send it to you too...i'm totally confused. i had a list called "spring abounds - just look around" up on my profile and it totally disappeared. is there a reason for that? did it contain inappropriate material or something? how come i wasn't notified? i'm really upset about it because i took a long time putting it together and it's just gone without explanation. please let me know if you're starting to experiment with censoring lists or something, but i'm really upset that there was no advance notification that lists were being randomly deleted. best. tia

Well I'm going to reach right out and give you feedback. I don't understand your rating system. How is it that some products that have been viewed 37 times and visited 3 times rank lower than products that have been viewed 6 times and visited 2 times? And how is it that I'm ranked 4th in Guangzhou? And how do I find my own products and where they're listed among the millions of products listed on the site. I'm probably the only person who goes through all 300 some odd pages of fashion favorites looking for where my products rank. And then I feel like products stay at the top because they were the first to be put up and so they'll always be clicked on since they're right there at the top to be clicked on. It would take an entire movement, not just a trend, to really change the top listings. I see that you're working on these problems with mavens and their favorites and lists and users of the day, etc. But you really haven't explored or explained your ranking systems and it leaves much to be desired. But just some thoughts. Still love your site.

i have to give you the biggest kudos a friend could ever give because i think this site is one of the most amazing, innovative, trend-relevant sites to exist. Until now I've only been able to send my compliments and feedback to FashionKitty, and rightly so as I'm an avid fashionista, but I'd like to reach out to you as well to let you know what an incredible brainchild this site is and how far and wide I think it extends and how big and bold i think it will become (or continue to be). so big kudos. to you and your team for creating something so fantastic, innovative and impressive.

Hey Scott, Dear Mr. President, I think I have the hang of it. Check out my wish list. How did I do? You may not know this but your mom is a shopaholic so this is dangerous business shopping on line. Love you, Your biggest fan. (your mom)
