Description

Delightful little fruit flavored mints I found at Target whilst checking out one day. This little mints are full of great vitamins to boost my mood, energy and immune system while at the same time tasting great! I gave one to each one of my coworkers at lunch one day and they all liked them and asked what they were. Cannot find any product information about them on their website, maybe a little too new for that but it is great up there with there new gum which is also full of vitamins and named oh-so-cleverly.

Play-doh 50th Birthday - 50-pack

Play-Doh. Ah the smell of my youth. The smell of creativity. I keep a small jar of it next to my desk at work and whenever I need a little inspiration or when I need to relax I open the lid and sniff that great smell OR I use it like one of those stress balls and actually form shapes out of it. The simple act of playing with play-doh at my desk at work does wonders for my frame of mind. And they come in convenient small tubs now so you can stash them all over without looking like a crazed adult who hordes playdoh in her desk. :) Actually I have caught many a coworker playing with it when they come in to chat...people are drawn to this stuff -it is great even for those over the age of 2.

Liquid Tazo Chai Tea Latte Concentrate

I love that you can buy this great chai tea latte already made up in concentrate form. It lets me make my favorite Starbucks drink at home any time. Just mix equal parts of the concentrate and milk and either ice it or steam it and you have the identical drink that Starbucks makes! P.S. you can also buy this for much cheaper at your local Kroger, Marsh and Meijer stores. Starbucks sells it online as well, but for over double the price that local stores sell it at! Yum!

Blink is another paradigm-changing book from Malcom Gladwell. Blink focuses on how and why people make quick decisions. Blink discusses the heuristics people have evolved biologically and culturally to help us navigate thru the myriad choices necessary in daily life.

Witty, breezy, and well researched/organized, Blink is a pleasure to read. If you are at all interested in how people think, Blink is essential reading (and is a great way to avoid having to read all the primary psychology and sociology research Gladwell nicely summarizes for his readers) (via cath)

Apple PowerBook G4

Very cool. This is my second apple laptop and my favorite so far. I love the sleek design. The aluminmum casing is much better than the plastic casing of the ibook...however it does dent a little easily so be careful. My biggest complaint (with all apple laptops in general) is the power cord design...it easy frays, the prongs are easily bent and bam you are out $79 for a new one. The new ones are supposed to have a new design, but haven't heard the best thing from them either. I suggest opting for as much storage you can afford....keeps things running fast as long as you do not clog it up with lots and lots of files....so clean/back up often.

Mango-Mandarin Body Cream

This scent from Bath & Body Works smells so great -at least for those of us who enjoy a tropical getaway!! The mango madarin scent is so fresh and crisp. This particular product, the body cream, from Bath & Body Works has a much thicker base than their original lotion...the difference between the two is the added avocado and almond oils. Delightful!

Fits EVERYTHING I snack on in one day -whether it is at the office or off to school. Expandable so any size of tupperware or juice container will fit. Machine washable, stain resistant and durable which is important for people like me who tend to be hard on their totes. Some people mistake it for my purse which makes me feel crazy -it is a hideous purse, but a gorgeous lunch box!! The neoprene keeps my lunch cool all day or warm all day depending on what I need it for!

Gaiam Balance Yoga Ball Chair

Description

I received this chair as a gift and absolutely love it. I feel so energized even after sitting for hours. I find myself sitting up straight which is great for my posture and I can feel my stomach muscles working a little -get for my figure! I am one of the young guns in the office so it freaks everyone out a little, but in a good way -great conversation starter! (via Rhonda Geisler)
