This is a great piece and an excellent gift for just about anyone! This is a timeless piece that will be appreciated for years. This double sided clear glass locket unscrews below the bail so that you can add and change out whatever you choose to put in it at your whim! It is clear glass and does not distort. Carry your loved one's photo, add a dried flower, part of a love letter, make a collage or simply cut circles out of decorative paper. Add your photo with a sweet message on the back and give it to your boyfriend to keep in his pocket. Or give it to grandma with your two children's photos.(If you have more than two kids give her the extra photos to switch out). I've had several brides order it to attach to their bouquet with their deceased father's photo. What an incredible thought!

The diameter of the locket is 1". It is approximately 1/2" thick. Including the swivel bail, it is 1 1/2" long. The medium weight Sterling Silver Rolo Chain is 18" long, has a lobster clasp, and a 'Theresa Mink' signature tag attached.

I have to admit that this piece was inspired by Tara Frey,
(author/editor/blogger: http://bellapink.typepad.com/). She asked me if I could make a gold sideways cross similar to the one that Taylor Jacobson wears, (Rachel Zoe Project),
http://www.chicintuition.com/?p=2524, because she couldn't find one anywhere.

I tried very hard to find a pre-made sideways cross charm, and could not find one. So, I decided to make it myself. This was a time consuming, multi-step process, but I'm so happy with the results. Once I forged it and drilled the holes, I applied a brushed finish to both sides of the cross. This dainty cross measures 10 x 15mm, and is meant to rest around the hollow of your throat.
The chain, including the cross, is 15 3/4" from end to end. It has a 14K Gold Filled lobster clasp, and a 'Theresa Mink' signature tag attached. If you want the length adjusted please leave a message when you check out.

I recommend this necklace because it's affordable and it's my best seller!! Everyone should have one!

This is a subtly sexy necklace. Why? Because the circle disc rests right in the hollow of the neck...a very sexy part of a woman's anatomy. I attached a very thin cable chain to this 12mm, (1/2"), vermeil disc so that all one really notices is the circle. It looks great alone or layered with other chains and charms.
