I have been coaching runners and skiers for over 25 years. During the past couple years I have hosted hundreds of Nordic Walking clinics and lessons.

We are dedicated to the fact that one-piece poles are safer, lighter and much more durable than twist-locking adjustable/telescoping/collapsible poles.

My family and I Ski Walk together every day - unless the snow is really good and we are out cross country skiing. And like all skiers, we ski with one-piece poles - custom fit to our height. This same logic makes total sense when it comes to walking poles too. We custom fit all our customers into the perfect length poles for their height.

Perfect length poles help us to automatically walk with a super straight back - better walking posture is biomechanically a good thing. This improved walking posture when combined with the unique 4-Wheel-Drive type action of walking with poles radically reduces the stress to the shins, knees, hips and back.
