Show me your pink! 0

by hanahula

Pink has become a worldwide symbol of optimism and humanity, beginning in 1992 with the combined efforts of SELF editor Alexandra Penney and cosmetics entrepreneur Estee Lauder through the formation of the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and distribution of the now iconic pink ribbon. Every year since then, more health care providers, insurers, businesses and philanthropies have jumped on the pink bandwagon during the month of October. This list is just a small sampling of the latest products that directly or indirectly support the cause of breast cancer awareness and survival. I dedicate it to all those phenomenal men and women who hope and/or work for the cure.
