Too Long to be a Top...Not Quite a Dress 0

DROPS (Dress/Tops) You all know what I'm talking about! That annoying length that is too long for a top, but not quite a dress! Yes, I know you could (and probably should) wear these 'Drops' with tights but quite frankly - I prefer to buy things that are a bit more versitile! You can either take up the hemline and wear as a top. Or rock it as a dress over tights/jeans. Just PLEASE do not wear on its own!
