Fashion Week unveiled itself towards the end of last week with a flair. Warner Bros' celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Wizard of Oz included reinterpretations of Dorothy's famed ruby slippers by such esteemed designers as Gwen Stefani, Manolo Blahnik, and more.
