I had just about given up making poached eggs...I've tried vinegar in the water, circle thing-a-ma-jigs, non-fresh eggs, whatever! Nothing worked until I discovered Poach Pods and wa-la! Success! I'm giving these to all my friends who are frustrated poached-egg-poachers! (via Delight Store)

add vinegar to the pot? watch the simmering level? spoon the whites together? and they might not even poach correctly?
too much effort for a little Eggs Benedict.
now just crack an egg into a poach pod, drop it into a pot of simmering water, and they come out perfectly, roundly, poached (via kitchen gadgets at TasteSpotting)

The PoachPod is a flexible silicone cooking tool for poaching eggs, baking and molding. The PoachPod allows you to float and poach an egg in boiling water like a lily pad on a pond. When the egg is ready, flip the non-stick pod inside out and gently push the perfectly domed-shaped egg out. Place the pod in the dishwasher for easy clean up. Never be fearful of making poached eggs again. (via Delight store)

These are perfect for egg-lovers. Poaching can be kind of challenging - but with these it is a snap. Break an egg into them, drop them into boiling water, and you're eggs will be poached to perfection in no time. Also good for egg benedict!

These silicone PoachPods make poaching eggs easy. Just insert them in boiling water with the eggs inside. When the eggs are ready, the flexible non-stick poacher can be turned inside-out to remove them.

Poach eggs in this silicone holder and you will have the perfect egg every time. The non-stick surface allows you to remove food without sticking to inside of pan or skillet.
