Lindemans Framboise: Lambic Beer

This is one of my favorite beers; a deliciously light beer sweetened with raspberries. Lambics are brewed and fermented in a very specified way in one area of Belgium. The result is a clean, sparkling taste with nice acidic and fruity undertones without being TOO sweet. Lambics are made using several other fruits: peach, apple, etc. Perfect with dessert or an especially savory dish. Or yummy on its own :)
