I stumbled on this when I was doing some planning for a friend's party. We were going to give out party favours and instead of the usual confetti and tissue inside the party favours, I thought why not put gems and jewels. So I found this site, really reasonable ($37 for about 1mm 500pc cubic zirconia) and just pointless fun. They serve no actual purpose but I think they are great for party favours or decorating tables etc. You can get an array of colours and cuts.
