This film takes a satirical look at what it would be like if every Hispanic in California magically disappeared. This is a comedy, but also has a serious political/ social agenda. You can imagine how it pans out.

Bottom line, there were lots of laughs in the film for me and it forced me to consider immigration in more serious manner.
