I have no problems going to sleep. In fact, I can sleep pretty much anywhere at anytime. But this may be of interest to those who sometimes have trouble getting to sleep.

This sound machine produces a gentle "whooshing noise", helping block out intermittent or continuous annoying sounds like traffic and ticking clocks so that you can relax and fall asleep easily. You can also use it during the day to mask distracting sounds for anyone requiring a quiet environment for concentration. The sleep machine is fully adjustable for tone and volume and has two frequency levels for broader range, a high-impact plastic case and a rocker switch for soft and amplified settings.

When I lived in NYC, I had a sleep sound generator and it was fantastic. It would block out all of the street noises while I was trying to sleep. And this one is great because you can't hear the sounds looping!
