UPDATE: Now that I've had this for almost a year, I LOVE it. Being able to see your rides or runs over time is really a great training too, or just fun. I showed it to my cycling buddy after a ride one time, and then uploaded the ride to motionbased.com, and he went and bought one online that night because he was so blown away. (-Mark 12/19/07)
Just got this so I don't have much to report, but it has great training features with intervals by time or distance. You can set it up to beep at you if you're going above or below a pace you set. Then when you get home you can download your workout to the computer and geek out on the data from your run or bike ride. (via RockCreek.com)

This wrist watch acts as a GPS system and is good for runners who want to monitor their hear rate, pulse and the pace of their workout. A great gift for the outdoorsy runner.
