This is one of myfavourite salt along with the french fleur de sel.
It's not too strong - so you don't have to be scared about adding too much - and has a lovely sea breeze hint.

I love to use it as a crust to roast chickens = crispy skin + tender and juicy meat.

The salt from this sea crystalizes into little pyramids. Neat stuff. Good stuff.

I started the Master Cleanse diet which forces me to drink sea salt h2o in the morning. I think if I had this product instead of buying the cheap sea salt, I think I would be able to enjoy the drink a little more.

Use kosher salt for cooking, but sea salt for seasoning raw or finished foods. It tastes faintly briney, of the sea.

Table salt is for someone else´s table. I cook with kosher and grey, marinate meats wtih the smoked, and finish with pink or flakes.

The salt. The best. The one, the only. A flake salt that is the perfect size flake, for a delightful crunch. Good flake surface area means you use less salt. Wow! (via Saltworks)
