How about an alternate mode of transportation that does not require fuel of any kind? Boardeli Longboards are low production items built on a farm out in Spruce Grove, Alberta. DesignBOT editor Adriean Koleric actually uses his deck to run errands that he would normally use a car to do, altering his day to day lifestyle; he watches less TV (hence less energy used), drives less, and spending more time outdoors as opposed to indoors.
